Mind of a Monarch is a Kansas City–based nonprofit dedicated to creating space for honest conversations around mental health, well-being, and personal growth. We focus especially on the service industry — an essential workforce that often carries high stress, burnout, and emotional strain in silence.  Our mission is simple: bring people together, break the stigma, and provide tools and support that help individuals thrive — not just survive.  This is a community-first movement. And we’re just getting started.
